OUR MISSION
Our mission is to raise up fragrant ones who know who they are, what they were created to do, and step into their eternal identity to be God's House that operates by prayer.
OUR VISION
We do life “around the table” on Friday nights with Shabbat, a teaching for understanding why and how we ARE a house of prayer, and ending with a live prayer set. You do not have to be a part of our local church (LifeHouse Church) to function in the house of prayer.
Our vision at The Fragrant House is to be a house that brings unity to the body of Christ and all streams flow as one river, join their voices together and move the heart of God in our city, state, nation, and the nations of the earth (Isa 56:7).

Meet Our Family
AJ + Jen Gonzales
July 2020, I (AJ) had a dramatic encounter with the Lord. (Feel free to ask about this encounter!) He called me and my family to step out in faith and, “Make my Father’s House a House of Prayer!” RHOP is our answer to this call! This decision was years in the making with the help of so many: my Wife, Pastors Stephen and Laura Aguillard, Bro Rod Aguillard, Chris Keller, my parents, family and friends! Thank you to everyone who are partnering with us in prayer and financially as we are living by faith!
Currently, we’re serving as the Children’s Pastors raising up the next generation to know Jesus and make Him known. I (AJ) help lead worship through the week, serve in CR when needed, and serve in any other ways needed. Jen is the House Manager for Lynn’s House, a women’s home, and she home schools 4 out of our 5 kids.
Within the last 2.5 years:
-We went from one prayer meeting a week to 4 prayer meetings a week:
1. Monday Nights 6-8pm - Praying for Israel
2. Wed Nights 6-8pm - Digging Wells of Revival
3. Friday 10-12noon - Crying out for Justice
4. Sunday Night 6-8pm - Worship/Prayer
-The vision of the Church shifted from planting “Churches” to planting Houses of Prayer!
-One of our Church buildings that was lying dormant and unused for years was sold and is now another Church and Christian school, Assembly Christian, which we celebrate their success!
-We were a part of the first House of Prayer Plant in Hammond, La. The Fragrant House/LifeHouse.
-The Lord sent me to Israel to be a Watchmen on the wall and target strategic locations in prayer and connect with other ministries through Altar Global.
-We have grown in spirit and in truth and have been tested in ways we couldn’t imagine.
-We have also seen others receive the call to full time intercession and worship!
-We are targeting specific strongholds locally and regionally in prayer.
-We are experiencing an increase in the Presence of God, the Holy Spirit moving in our prayer gatherings in power! Lives being saved, families being restored, and the Father is getting His House of Prayer, The Desire of His Heart!!!
-When the Lord called me to step out and live by faith, He said,”I will provide through the giving of my people.” We want to invite everyone to partner with us in prayer and financially to see Jesus glorified and the Kingdom of God advanced through prayer, worship, fasting, and sending us out in the love and power of the Holy Spirit!
